We are currently looking for a number of friendly and enthusiastic Contact Centre Advisors to join our busy Customer Service team, based in our Head Office in Redhill.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers and are at the heart of delivering a memorable experience. You will be there to support our customers and deal with a wide variety of incoming customer queries by various communication methods such as telephone, email, live chat functions, SMS or letter and resolving these within company policy and service level agreement timeframes.
