Perched perfectly atop the pebbles of Brighton Beach, with unmatched views looking out over the iconic West Pier ruins, The Seahorse is a stylish and sophisticated, yet relaxed and contemporary restaurant dining and events venue.
We create amazing experiences from this recently refurbished venue, providing high-quality food and service.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Chef de Partie Responsibilities
As a Chef De Partie, you'll have the responsibility for running ‘YOUR’ section, on busy shifts. You will be trusted to run the kitchen on less busy shifts and will be an integral part of the brigade.
You'll be as involved in the menu design and daily specials as you wish - we want our teams to own ‘their menu’
Chef de Partie Requirements
We're not interested in foams, gels & smears! We need proper chefs that cook great ingredients perfectly every time, we want our main menu to change with the seasons, and specials that show imagination, flair, and personality.
You'll be supported and developed by our Sous & Head Chefs, and in return will teach our Commis’ and KP’s, what they crave.
We'll give you the knowledge to one day be a Head Chef, with regular training days and visits from our Group Executive Chef & Area Chefs
