Growth Marketer at C-Me: Brighton and Hove

C-Me is a B2B SaaS platform helping UK organisations bring their employer brand to life through authentic employee video stories.

We believe everyone deserves to find a job they love—and that starts with seeing the people, the purpose, and the culture behind the job title. Our platform enables companies to show what it’s really like to work there, helping them attract top talent and connect with today’s video-first generation of job seekers.

We’re passionate about making hiring more human—and we’re building the tools to make that possible.

Growth Marketer role

We’re looking for a smart, motivated Growth Marketer to lead the charge on building our brand and driving high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.

This is a full-time, hands-on growth marketing role focused on awareness and—most importantly—delivering marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). You’ll be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling tactical channels that drive growth.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Sales Director to test and optimise campaigns, messaging, and budget—ensuring our marketing efforts deliver measurable commercial impact.

Events are also a key part of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll attend key industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, as well as help plan and run our own hosted events to raise awareness, build community, and generate leads.

Growth Marketer responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Own the marketing funnel—plan, launch and optimise campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs. Manage lead data through HubSpot, ensuring clean, consistent tracking and movement through the funnel
  • Webinars & Events: Organise and attend webinars, conferences and in-person events. Play a leading role in planning and promoting our own events
  • Growth Hacking: Work with the Founders to develop and test creative growth hacks that drive referrals, upsells, and increased product usage
  • Email Nurture: Build automated workflows, newsletters, and lead magnet campaigns that keep leads engaged and move them back into the funnel
  • Paid Media: Work with our external Paid Media partner to plan and optimise paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn), ensuring strong ROI and alignment with lead generation goals
  • SEO: Work with our external partner to improve organic traffic through keyword strategy, technical SEO and on-page optimisation
  • Content Marketing: Lead the creation and writing of blogs, articles, landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign copy that supports both awareness and conversion goals
  • Social Media & Influencers: Lead on writing and scheduling daily organic content, including daily engagement with prospects and resharing relevant partner content, working with our design partner for imagery and aesthetic. Build relationships with influencers and referral partners to extend our reach
  • Website Management: Oversee content and performance of our website—ensuring landing pages are up-to-date, well-optimised, and aligned to active campaigns
  • Brand: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, assets, and touchpoints
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular reports to the CEO and Sales Director on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS business
  • A growth hacking and rapid-testing mindset—you move fast, test ideas, analyse results, and refine campaigns to improve performance
  • Confident running the full marketing funnel from lead generation to nurture, with a focus on MQLs and commercial impact
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills across email, landing pages, social, and campaign assets
  • Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple channels, tools, and timelines
  • Uber comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment—you take initiative, adapt quickly, and get things done without waiting for permission
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform) to manage campaigns and keep the funnel tight
  • Confident analysing performance data and presenting insights and recommendations clearly to the team
  • You're happy, positive, and genuinely great at talking to people—whether it's in person at events or engaging online
  • Strong experience managing external partners (e.g. SEO and Paid Media) and leading multi-channel campaign execution

Growth Marketer benefits

  • Huge opportunity for the right person to grow with the business
  • Be at the forefront of the future of hiring
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working (3 days in the Brighton office, 2 remote)
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Share incentive plan
  • Occasional travel to events and conferences
